Plant Based Freezer Meals Workshop

Curious about eating healthy plant-based meals, but don't know how to get started? Or, do you find yourself at home, at dinner time, trying to figure out what to make for dinner after a full day at work? If so, this freezer meal prep workshop was designed for you!In just two hours you will prep 8 meals. All ingredients are placed in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container. Meals can be put into the crockpot and cooked from frozen in 4-8 hours depending on the recipe. You will learn to make delicious and wholesome soups, stews, curries, and sauces. All meals are wheat-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian.Steph will provide you with a shopping list two weeks before the workshop. At the workshop, you will have your own workstation set up with a cutting board, knives, spices, and a few ingredients that you need to complete the recipes.
