Vegetarian Freezer Meals Workshop $46.00

Curious about eating healthy vegetarian meals, but don't know how to get started? Or, do you find yourself at home, at dinner time, trying to figure out what to make for dinner after a full day at work? If so, this freezer meal prep workshop was designed for you!In just two hours you will prep 6 delicious, healthy vegetarian meals. All ingredients are placed in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container. Meals can be put into the crockpot and cooked from frozen in 4-8 hours depending on the recipe. Some are cooked in a skillet or on a sheet pan. Unlike other meal prep workshops, all recipes will be provided and are yours to take home with you.Steph will provide you with a shopping list the week before the workshop.
