Back to School Meal Prep Workshop

The transition back into our weekly routine can feel hectic after two jam-packed months of summer fun, especially when it comes to meal prepping. This meal prep workshop is designed to make that first week back to school feel a little less chaotic and a lot more delicious.How it works:We send you a shopping list, and you pick up your groceries. Bring the items from the list to class with you. All other ingredients, spices, cutting boards, knives, storage bags etcetera will be set up for you ahead of time. During this class, you will be preparing the food to be frozen until the time that you are ready to cook it. All ingredients are assembled and added to a freezer bag raw. Complete recipes and cooking instructions will be provided for you to take home with you.
